Transport Insights has been developed by Road Efficiency Group .

Transport Insights consolidates roading, financial and other statistical information from a range of sources to provide insight into the performance of the transport sector in New Zealand.

Transport Insights provides a wide range of trend and comparative analysis for Road Controlling Authorities (RCA)  including State Highways, plus regions and National.

The Transport Insights home page provides direct links to three key reporting areas: the Performance Dashboard, ONF Reporting, and the Data Quality Dashboard.

 


The home page also displays

  • Did you know? - hints on using the system
  • New features - recent features added or updated in Transport Insights
  • Getting started - link to this page and the Basics help page
  • Coming soon - upcoming deadlines and changes for users of Transport Insights

The header section of the site has

  • The RCA or region network that information is available for. You can switch to another network on the home page or when you are in the dashboards
  • A Search option to look for information in the site about topics
  • A Sign In link to gain access to more menu options.

The footer section contains links for

  • Contact information
  • A Disclaimer on the use of the information provided in the site
  • A Privacy statement on information held within Transport Insights

Within Transport Insights you will find extensive features and analysis of the transport sector for any RCA via the menu on the left:
