New to Transport Insights?

Transport Insights has been developed by Road Efficiency Group .

Transport Insights consolidates roading, financial and other statistical information from a range of sources to provide insight into the performance of the transport sector in New Zealand as well as trend and comparative analysis for Road Controlling Authorities (RCA) .

On entering Transport Insights, you will see a Home page displaying a NZ map and showing a range of key performance Indicators that you can click on to see the Councils' results. The default network is National if you have not logged in. To highlight a particular Council, choose the Council in the drop-down selection box in the orange bar at the tope of the page, closest to the Transport Insights logo.

Within Transport Insights you will find extensive features and analysis of the transport sector for any RCA via the menu on the left:

• An RCA Performance Dashboard showing a range of performance indicators for any RCA.
• One Network Road Classification (ONRC) performance measure reports.
• One Network Framework (ONF) performance measure pages.
• ONRC and ONF Network Characteristics reports, showing breakdowns of your selected network.
• Data Quality results for RCAs
• Help & Support screens to tell you how to make the most out of Transport Insights.
